Jacob Hill is the President of Run Logistics Solutions, where he leads national brokerage operations, strategic growth initiatives, and long-term partnerships across a diverse client base. With more than a decade of professional experience — including seven years in the transportation and logistics industry — he brings strong expertise in carrier relations, strategic pricing, multimodal logistics, and customer-focused operations. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Finance — and a proud Dawgs fan — Jacob began his career in the finance sector with a major corporation before transitioning into freight and logistics. His financial background continues to shape his data-driven leadership style, disciplined decision-making, and strategic approach to sustainable growth. Known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and unwavering integrity, Jacob leads with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to doing what is right for customers, partners, and his team. He is passionate about building high-performing organizations, strengthening carrier networks, and delivering innovative supply chain solutions in an evolving logistics landscape. Robert Carrillo serves as Vice President of Sales, a role he assumed in 2025 after demonstrating a consistent commitment to growth, leadership, and operational excellence. His career began in the 3PL sector with RXO and expanded into assetbased LTL operations at Roadrunner Transportation and XPO. In just four years, Robert has built deep expertise in customer experience, revenue strategy, relationship development, and delivering transportation solutions that enable customers to operate with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Robert is guided by the belief that strong partnerships are the foundation of longterm success. The relationships he and his team cultivate—with customers, carriers, and vendors—extend far beyond daytoday business. They represent strategic collaborations built on trust, transparency, and shared goals. He is especially proud of the team he leads and the culture they embody: driven, collaborative, and committed to delivering meaningful results. Under Robert’s leadership, the Sales organization reflects the core values of the company: dependability, innovation, and an unwavering focus on solutions. Mr. Carrillo is a transformational logistics leader with more than 39 years of experience driving growth, building high-performance teams, and scaling operations across the 3PL and transportation sectors. Known for turning vision into execution, he specializes in startup acceleration, leadership, and guiding complex, multi-site logistics organizations through strategic expansion and operational excellence. As Co-Founder of Run Logistics Solutions Inc., Mr. Carrillo plays a key role in advancing a modern freight brokerage focused on powering businesses forward through innovative transportation solutions. By aligning marketing, carrier operations, and client success, he helps lead a scalable model designed to deliver measurable results for customers and partners. He also serves as Managing Partner of ARRC Enterprise LLC, supporting long-term growth initiatives and strategic business development. Over the course of his career, Mr. Carrillo has held senior leadership roles including Chief Growth Officer at Run Inc., SVP of Supply Chain Solutions at Western Regional Delivery Service, VP of Sales at Prime Distributions, Regional Sales Manager at Roadrunner, Manager of Sales Service at Old Dominion Freight Line, and Director of Highway Logistics Services at Hub Group. His leadership has consistently strengthened teams, expanded market presence, and delivered sustainable revenue growth. Grounded in the belief that great organizations are built by great people, Mr. Carrillo values collaboration, integrity, and service. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife Andrea, their four children, and seven grandchildren, and remains guided by the faith and values that shape both his leadership and his life.

Deryl Hill

Deryl Hill is a seasoned transportation and logistics executive with more than 38 years of leadership experience driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and leading complex, large-scale networks. Known for his strategic vision and people- first leadership style, he brings deep expertise in operational performance, organizational growth, and managing multi-facility logistics environments across diverse markets. Most recently, Deryl served as Red River District President for UPS, where he oversaw a large, multi-state territory and led strategic initiatives focused on performance, profitability, safety, and customer experience. In this role, he guided organizational transformation and introduced technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, strengthen operations, and elevate service delivery. Throughout his distinguished career, Deryl held a variety of senior executive leadership roles across operations and regional management. He is widely recognized for strengthening operational performance, developing strong leadership teams, and driving sustainable growth while fostering collaborative partnerships with customers, communities, and industry stakeholders. Deryl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management. He is passionate about mentoring others, supporting leadership development, and giving back to the communities he has served throughout his career. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching, staying active, and spending time with his wife, Joyce, their children, and family. Guided by a servant-leadership mindset and strong personal values, he is committed to creating environments where people and organizations can thrive.

Lilly Soto

Lilly serves as Director of Account Management, bringing more than 40 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry. With a deep understanding of the full supply chain lifecycle, Lilly has developed extensive expertise across customer service, operations, billing, sales administration, and transportation management systems (TMS), enabling a well- rounded and solutions-driven approach to client success. Throughout a distinguished career, Lilly has supported account growth and customer engagement initiatives at Roadrunner Transportation and gained valuable operational leadership experience at OPL, overseeing daily logistics coordination and performance management. In addition, Lilly has played a key role in billing and system management, working extensively with platforms such as TMS Force to improve accuracy, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment. Known for building strong, long-term client relationships, Lilly combines operational insight with a customer-first mindset. A collaborative and accountable leader, Lilly is committed to continuous improvement, driving service excellence while ensuring operational execution aligns with broader business goals. Guided by strong personal values and a faith-centered perspective, Lilly places God and family at the heart of everything. Outside of work, Lilly enjoys spending time with her husband of 40 years, four children, and a beloved grandson who brings tremendous joy to the family.
